It was so much fun to again be searching through my fabric to put this one together. My plan is to do all of the applique from stash: I did shop for the background fabric so I did have a little bit of fabric shopping therapy.
DH is going to be busy for the next month as he is directing the play Our Town for the community college where he still works (part time since his retirement 8 years ago). Maybe this will give me more time to sew and knit and maybe even get back into my blog writing routine. Gari

Happy Days looks so elegant and the Gingerbread Man is fun. Both are great projects.
Um, are we suppose to DO something with all those BOM projects? I have a nice file of patterns on my computer. Your Happy Days block looks great. You made the right choice with thread and stitch.
Your Gingerbread man quilt is going to be lots of fun.
Both of your BOM are really fun. Morning Glory is going to be very classy. I like your choice of using black thread on all the pieces and your black background. Those gingerbread men are too cute.
Love your gingerbread man! That will be such a fun quilt!
I love Cindy's designs at Fat Cat. I always start her BOM and then forget to download the next month! I did finish one of African Masks a few years ago. I often use her blocks for quilts, especially when they are going to be made into a comfort quilt.
Love the Morning Glory! Nice beautiful work.
That block is just breathtaking in its colors and unique design - and the blanket stitching did work just great for it! The gingerbread BOM literally makes me smile. :)
